Sign up Fee:
Individual player/ Small Group: $60 per person 

Team Sign up: 
$375 Per Team - Team minimum is 7 players 
(Fee includes 7 team shirts and all listed above. Additional team shirts are $12.00 each)

Ref fees are $15 per team per game
