What Is The Tulsa Sports Boot Camp Fitness Course?
The Tulsa Sports Boot Camp Fitness course is a fun and exciting way to whip your body into shape without the same old gym routine!! We give you results and it's our mission to help you reach your personal fitness goals!
As we all know it's tough to find a partner to workout with. At Tulsa Sports Boot Camp you'll never workout alone! We provide a FUN, social, exciting and energetic environment!
During a 60 minute session you'll work all your muscle groups through cardiovascular endurance, strength, ability, and flexibility exercises in a military style format. You'll have a blast during the group activities! Our courses are 6 total weeks of sessions twice per week.
Will there be someone yelling at me?
YES... but we focus only on positive motivational yelling! Our instructors will never harass, insult or attempt to break you down. We want to uplift and excite you to help build confidence and reach your fitness goals.

benefits of a personal trainer and the enjoyment of a group setting to

Do I have to be in good shape to join?
NO... Our Boot Camp Fitness is for all levels. We have structured the workouts so you will be able to decide your own intensity level.
What is the cost?
Your first session is 100% Free!! Just bring a towel, a water bottle and dress for your workout.
After your first session when you decide to join your 6 week course will begin the following week. The total cost is only $119 for 4 weeks!! That is less than $15.00 per session if you only go 2 times a week!! It's no additional charge to attend 3 or even 4 sessions! A personal trainer costs between $60-$100 each 1 hour session. The savings are HUGE and the results are amazing!!
What is included with my course fee?

* Diet plan and accountability to your instructor
* Before and after evaluation
* 4 Week course 2 - 4 hours per week ( To see good results we recommend at least 2 hours per week.)
